A vehicle carrying wounded civilians was hijacked by the interim government-affiliated mercenaries.
The wounded, who were trying to reach Heseke, were abducted near the village of Sabah al-Sher in Raqqa.
A citizen who was accompanying the injured said in an audio recording he sent that they had fallen into a trap set by militias. Shots were fired at them, and that they were abducted.
