The Syrian interim government militias and mercenaries groups backed by the Turkish state have been launching fierce attacks on the Tishrin Dam and its surroundings since the early hours of the morning.
A large number of mercenaries attacked residential areas, Syriatel hill, and the Tishrin Dam with tanks, artillery units, various heavy weapons.
Militias attempted to enter the dam and Syriatel hill from various directions four times. YPJ and SDF fighters responded violently each time, dealing heavy blows to the mercenaries.
According to reports, two tanks, two armored DShK-mounted vehicles, one armored vehicle, and one truck have been destroyed so far. In addition, numerous mercenaries were killed and many others were wounded.
