In a statement, the Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria announced that a child was killed when gangs linked to the Transitional Government attacked a civilian home in the village of Xanim El Elî, east of Raqqa.
Holding the Transitional Government responsible for this crime, the Internal Security Forces called on the international community and human rights organizations to fulfill their responsibilities, launch a transparent investigation, and work diligently to put an end to these repeated crimes against civilians.
