The Directorate of Education and Teaching under the Hesekê Governorate issued a decree regarding the appointment of Azad Îsa Hesen as the head of the Education Committee.
The appointment decision included the following statement: “Based on the requirements of public interest, this decision has been taken: Mr. Azad Îsa Hesen has been assigned to carry out the administrative work of the Qamishlo Education Committee until the legal procedures are completed.”
Azad Îsa Hesen had previously held the same position during his work within the institutions of the Autonomous Administration.
