Within the framework of implementing the provisions of the 29 January agreement, the third convoy of Afrin residents departed this morning for their home city.
The Afrin residents gathered with dozens of cars and buses on the Şehit Yusif Gulo ring road west of the city of Qamishlo and began their journey toward Afrin.
The first convoy, consisting of 400 people, returned to Afrin on 9 March, while the second convoy of 200 people returned on 4 April.
