Dozens of people arrived at the office early in the morning and lined up to submit their applications, while registration procedures were carried out between 09:00 and 15:00. Authorities stated that applications will continue to be accepted for one month.
Document requirement for applications
A total of 10 personnel from the Dirbesiye (Dirbêsiyê) Population Directorate, Heyva Sor a Kurd, and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent are involved in the registration process. Applicants are required to submit proof of residence and official documents verifying their identity.
Review and verification process
Dirbesiye Population Director Ebdullah Ebdullah stated that the directorate provides support to individuals and families during the application process but emphasized that all required documents must be submitted in full for applications to be considered valid.
Ebdullah added that applications will be reviewed by an admissions committee and that, in the following stage, applicants will be interviewed individually to verify the information provided.
