According to reports in Iraqi media, several Hashd al-Shaabi bases in the Jadriya area of Iraq’s capital, Baghdad, were heavily bombed this evening. In the attack, the Iranian army’s Deputy Responsible for Iraqi Affairs and five advisers were killed.
It was also reported that loud explosions were heard in several areas of Baghdad; however, it has not yet been confirmed whether these explosions were caused by the bombardment.
