According to information provided by local sources, the United States and Israel carried out attacks on Revolutionary Guard bases in the Sershiwe district of Mariwan as well as on a base in the village of Gogce.
Reports say that forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard attempted to use the mosque in the village of Gogce as a shelter and establish a presence there, but residents reacted and expelled the Revolutionary Guards from the village.
In response, Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces reportedly opened fire on villagers, who in return resisted and forced 120 soldiers to leave the village.
It is reported that there are currently no Iranian state forces present in the village.
