Ibrahim Azizi, head of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security Commission, stated that Iran would respond to the attacks. In a post on his social media account, Azizi said, “We had warned you before. You started this, but its end will not be in your hands.”
Shortly afterward, it was reported that northern Israel had been struck by Iran. The Israeli Ministry of Defense stated, “An additional missile attack has been launched toward Israel. The Air Defense System is currently detecting and neutralizing the threats.”
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that the attack launched against Iran together with the United States would “create the conditions for the brave Iranian people to take their destiny into their own hands.”
