HTS–ISIS militias vandalize the cemetery of martyrs in Til Hemîs

HTS–ISIS militants who moved from Deir ez-Zor to Til Hemîs in the countryside of Qamishlo completely destroyed the cemetery of martyrs in the town.

The cemetery contains the graves of young people who lost their lives fighting attacks by armed groups such as HTS and ISIS.

Armed groups affiliated with the occupying Turkish state had previously desecrated cemeteries in Afrin and Serêkaniyê, while HTS and ISIS groups linked to the Transitional Government had vandalized cemeteries in Tabqa, Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor, Manbij, Shaddadi and in the Shiqayaf area of the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo.
