51 prisoners released in Hesekê

A total of 51 prisoners were released in Hesekê in the presence of Kurdish and Arab sheikhs and leading community figures.

Speaking during the release, Hesekê Governor Nureddin Ehmed stated that the current period is one of amnesty and reconstruction, not one of detention and exclusion.

Nureddin Ehmed called on those released to reintegrate into society in a positive manner and emphasized that they are all citizens of this country regardless of the mistakes they may have made in the past.

Stressing that society is a trust placed on the shoulders of everyone, the Governor noted that the released individuals are also part of the social fabric and expressed his hope that they would serve the society.
