A delegation of the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ) paid a visit to Heseke Governor Nûredîn Îsa Ehmed at his office to congratulate him on his new post.
The visit on Monday was attended by members of the YPJ General Command, Rohilat Afrin and Viyan Adar, Spokesperson Roxan Mohammed, as well as a group of fighters.
During the meeting, the YPJ delegation stated that the Governor of Heseke would assume an important role in serving the people of the region, promoting security and stability, and strengthening civil peace.
Îsa Ehmed, for his part, thanked the YPJ delegation for their visit and emphasized the importance of cooperation and coordination among institutions and relevant parties in strengthening stability and security.
