The Internal Security Forces (Asayish) in Kobanê and the Internal Security Command in Aleppo held a meeting on Sunday.
During the meeting, the mechanisms for implementing the provisions of the January 29 agreement and methods to enhance security cooperation between the two sides were addressed.
The meeting also discussed how coordination would be ensured to lift the siege imposed on the city of Kobanê, as well as cooperation mechanisms between security forces in Kobanê and its countryside aimed at improving the security situation and facilitating the movement of the population.
The Kobanê delegation consisted of Kobanê Asayish Forces Co-Chair Arîn Kobanê and several members of the Asayish Forces. The delegation was received by Aleppo Internal Security Forces Commander Mihemed Ebdulxenî at the Internal Security Center in the city of Aleppo.
