Through the popular committees they have established, the people of Cizîrê Canton and Kobanê continue to defend their neighborhoods, villages, and towns. Relevant institutions are settling displaced people coming from Raqqa, Tabqa, Deir ez-Zor, and Shahba, meeting their needs, and at the same time distributing humanitarian aid sent from other parts of Kurdistan to the population.
The Turkish state, along with HTS and ISIS gangs, continues the siege of Kobanê. This situation has led to a decrease in essential goods such as food, medicine, and baby formula.
Despite calls to lift the siege, the gangs continue their encirclement and attacks on the southern and western countryside of the city.
Meanwhile, many young people from other parts of Kurdistan who responded to the general mobilization call and came to Rojava have taken their places on the front lines of the war. Kurdish young people are determined to defend Rojava.
In the city markets, activity continues to meet the daily needs of the population.
