People’s Defense Forces (HPG) commander Egîd Kelar issued a call to the people of Başûrê (South) Kurdistan.
Greeting the people of Germiyan, Xaneqîn, Kelar, and Germesêr, commander Egîd Kelar said that they must do everything they can, adding: “Kurds are only friends to themselves; they have confirmed the historical reality of this issue.”
Commander Egîd Kelar stated that Kurds in Rojava are facing a severe attack by gangs and continued: “We can protect our country with unity and responsibility. To do this quickly and effectively, we must do everything in our power.”
Finally, addressing the people of Başûrê Kurdistan, Egîd Kelar said: “Do not let the sun be extinguished in Rojava. Warm the people of Rojava with your warmth this winter.”
