Turkish-backed mercenaries and militias affiliated with ISIS and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) continue their attacks on northern and eastern Syria. As a result of the attacks, IDPs from the occupied Afrin and Shehba regions, who had been living in Raqqa, began migrating to the Cizir Canton.
