Attacks on Rojava Kurdistan by gangs supported by HTS, ISIS, and the occupying Turkish state are ongoing.
According to published footage and photographs, the black flag of ISIS, whose gangs had previously been defeated and dispersed by Kurdish forces, has been raised again at the entrance to Raqqa.
According to local sources, the attacking gangs also hung ISIS symbols in various parts of the city.
