Internationalists around the world mobilize for Rojava. In a statement, young internationalists emphasized that Rojava is not merely a territory. They said: “Rojava represents humanity’s shared hope for freedom. It is the revolution of our century.” They added that remaining silent in the face of the attacks would mean consenting to the continuation of oppression.
The statement underlined that defending Rojava means defending the brotherhood of peoples, a free life led by women, and resistance against occupation and fascism. The internationalists called on all revolutionary and democratic forces to unite around the values of democracy, women’s liberation, ecology, socialism, youth resistance, and internationalism.
