Damascus–ISIS gangs under the control of the Turkish state are bombarding the Tabqa Dam with heavy weapons. While the attacks are reported to be ongoing, it was also stated that the gangs targeted the village of Haj Hisên, affiliated with Tishrin, with heavy weapons at around 01:30 local time. No further information has yet been obtained regarding the details of the attacks.
