The Internal Security Forces in Aleppo announced that their forces destroyed two armored vehicles and inflicted casualties on the attackers from Damascus government-affiliated factions as they attempted to advance on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyah neighborhoods in Aleppo.
The statement said that clashes continue amid heroic resistance by the Internal Security Forces, facing ongoing shelling by tanks, artillery, and drones from the attacking factions.
So far, the death toll among the attackers in this clash has reached nine fighters, the Internal Security Forces reported.
