The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Center reported continued attacks by groups affiliated with the HTS government against North-East Syria.
According to the SDF statement on Tuesday, al-Amshat mercenaries affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government are currently targeting civilian residential areas in the Deir Hafer region in the Tabqa Canton.
The attacks are being carried out with mortar shells, heavy weapons, and suicide drones, causing damage to power lines, the SDF said.
At the same time, the same group is shelling Syriatel Hill near the Tishrin Dam with mortars and heavy weapons, the statement added.
The Syrian Democratic Forces affirmed that their forces reserve the right to legitimate self-defense in protecting the people and the security of the region.
