Fedwa Mihemed El Kurdî, a woman from the Arab community, was killed, while an 18-year-old young man, Ebdurehman Horo, was wounded in the attack on the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud (Şêxmeqsûd) and Ashrafieh (Eşrefiyê).
It was reported that the attacks by groups affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government on both neighborhoods are ongoing.
