Gangs linked to the Turkish state shot and killed a man named Ebdullah El Mûsa El Hesen, from the village of Cib Ebyed, who had been transporting fuel by car to the occupied town of Manbij. The man died at the scene.
El Mûsa, originally from the village of Ceidê in the Euphrates Canton of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, had been living in Manbij for many years.
In addition, on Sunday, the gangs injured one person in the town of Meqta Hecer Kebîr, southeast of Manbij. The injured person was taken to Manbij for treatment.
Insecurity and chaos continue in the areas around Manbij and Dêr Hafir. At the same time, crimes involving violence, murder, direct targeting, harassment, and the seizure of homes and property are also taking place.
