Freedom fighter Nuda Arîn: Everyone must mobilize for the success of the process

Another historic step in the Peace and Democratic Society process has been taken at a press conference held in the Qandil region earlier today. The historic event was attended by KCK Executive Council Member Sabri Ok, Vejîn Dersîm, Member of the YJA Star Serhat Provincial Command, who came from Northern Kurdistan to the Medya Defense Zones, HPG Command Council Member and Garzan Provincial Commander Devrîm Palu, and 25 freedom guerrillas.

Freedom guerrilla Nuda Arîn, who came from the Botan region, spoke to Rojnews about the guerrillas’ historic step and the role of women in the process.

“With this historic step, we have clearly demonstrated our support for the decisions of the PKK’s 12th Congress and Leader Öcalan’s February 27 ‘Call for Peace and a Democratic Society’. As female fighters and YJA Star guerrillas, we had an important role and mission in this step and process based on Leader Öcalan’s ideas and philosophy. We are ready to fulfill any task and responsibility that Leader Öcalan will give us. This is a fundamental duty for us, especially for women. We will not bow to any pressure or hardship in showing our commitment and loyalty to Leader Öcalan’s work and struggle for women. We are ready for any task. The most important thing for us is to be worthy of Leader Öcalan’s ideas and philosophy,” Nuda Arîn said.

Highlighting the importance of the Peace and Democratic Society process, Nuda Arîn stated, “The process led by Leader Öcalan is very important and historic. Leader Apo is a century-old writer who has influenced the entire region and the world. This is not only about the war between Kurds and Turks. It also determines the future of the world. As all nations, colors, and components, we face great threats in the Middle East. Leader Öcalan was the only person who saw this danger and took steps to prevent it. Therefore, the Kurdish people and all other nations must mobilize for the success of the process and fulfill their duties.”
