In al-Karama Square in the city of Suwayda, where Syria’s Druze population is concentrated, people staged a protest for those who had been abducted. Demonstrators carried photos of their missing relatives, demanding that the fate of those abducted be revealed and that they be released immediately.
Demonstrators stated that their demands were based on their right to a safe and dignified life. They called on the forces in the region to take responsibility for meeting their demands and protecting civilians.
The protests continue with demands for clarification on the fate of those who have been abducted.
