Action with grenade targets village guard in Cizre

According to the information received, an action targeting a village guard chief named Emin Negiz was carried out in Cizre, province of Şırnak on the night of 16 November.

While the man was getting into his parked vehicle in the Konak neighborhood, Bozalan TOKİ Residences, a hand grenade was thrown at him by an unidentified person or persons.

Injured Nergiz was taken to Cizre State Hospital by an ambulance that was quickly called to the scene. After the explosion, there was armoured vehicle activity throughout the district. No one has claimed responsibility for the action so far.
