Diyarbakır Labor and Democracy Platform calls for participation to Peace meeting in Diyarbakir

Diyarbakir Labor and Democracy Platform called for participation to the press release for peace to be held in Diyarbakir (Amed) to mark World Peace Day.

Free Women’s Movement (TJA) activists, HDP deputies Remzi Tosun, Garo Paylan, Ayşe Sürücü, Erdal Aydemir, HDP Youth Assembly and provincial and district organizations met with people in Bismil, Silvan and Çınar.

HDP Diyarbakır MP Semra Güzel together with TJA activists, HDP Youth Assembly members and provincial and district executives visited tradesmen in Çınar. Emphasizing the importance of peace, Güzel said that the Kurdish people is longing for peace. We are the most injured in the war, so it is our duty to bring peace,” she said. The shopkeepers said that they would attend the press statement.

HDP Diyarbakır MP, Remziye Tosun. met with the people in Bismil. The delegation met with hundreds of citizens.

HDP deputy Garo Paylan visited Silvan. The HDP delegation invited all citizens to attend the press statement.

Today different HDP delegations will go to the borough of Sur, Bağlar, Kayapınar and Yenişehir.
