SDF capture ISIS officer in charge of mines and assassinations

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Center said in a written statement that the Islamic State mine and assassination officer was captured during the operation carried out in Hesekê.

The statement said: “A ISIS cell identified in the joint operation carried out by the international coalition and SDF special forces in Mergede was targeted. The Islamic State mine and assassination officer was captured. The mercenary was arrested and some weapons, technical equipment and documents were also seized.”
