Şenyaşar family sends message of solidarity to HDP deputy Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu

The vigil of Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by bodyguards and relatives of AKP Urfa MP Ibrahim Halil Yıldız in 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in the attack, continues on the 111th day.

The Şenyaşar family protests in front of the Courthouse five days a week and at their home in Suruç at the weekend.

The Şenyaşar family had made contacts for legal aid in Istanbul during the week.

Today the Senyaşar family shared a photo taken with HDP deputy Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu in Ankara on 15 September 2020.

The family wrote on their Twitter account: “Let’s not leave those who demand justice and truth alone,” Unless the people in this country are ‘conscious and organized’, unless a real State of law is established, we will continue to be subjected to massacres and oppression. Do not remain silent about persecution! Humanity demands it…”
