In the Austrian city of Graz, Newroz events continued with a reception organized by the municipality in cooperation with FEYKOM and various civil society organizations.
The event, held in the municipal conference hall, was attended by numerous representatives of civil society organizations and political parties. In a statement, the mayor’s spokesperson congratulated all the people of Kurdistan and the Middle East on Newroz and emphasized that solidarity with Kurds and oppressed peoples will continue in the future.
A speech delivered on behalf of FEYKOM highlighted that Newroz symbolizes freedom, resistance, and solidarity for the Kurdish people. The event concluded with a musical performance and refreshments.
