As part of a bribery investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, a detention order was issued for Uşak mayor Özkan Yalım.
Within the scope of the investigation, raids were also carried out in Uşak, Ankara, and Kocaeli. During the raids, 11 people, including Özkan Yalım, were detained.
It is alleged that Özkan Yalım “accepted bribes from individuals and companies.”
