Fehim Tosun, who lived in the Elbês neighborhood located on the border of Elbak (Başkale) district of Wan, was shot in the head and killed four days ago.
According to villagers, his body could only be retrieved on the fourth day due to “heavy snowfall” and a “storm.”
The body was taken to the gendarmerie post in the village of Xanik and will be sent to the Van Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK) for an autopsy.
