The joint written statement on Wednesday emphasized that the Kurdish people are facing attacks aimed at breaking their will and eliminating Kurdish existence in all four parts of Kurdistan.
The statement recalled the recent wave of attacks in various parts of Kurdistan, saying that repeated attacks have targeted the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Rojava, the resistance of Kurds in Rojhilat (Eastern Kurdistan) in Iran, and the Kurdish forces and civilian settlements in Kurdistan Region.
The statement condemned the attacks targeting all four parts of Kurdistan, and noted: “We view these attacks as unforgivable crimes committed against the will of a people struggling for freedom, dignity, and peace.”
In conclusion, the statement called on Kurdish parties and forces in Rojava and other parts of Kurdistan to set aside their conflicts and build unity.
