Destina Roj, a commander in the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ), commemorated the third anniversary of the martyrdom of nine resistance fighters who fell on March 15, reaffirming the commitment to follow their path of struggle and continue the journey toward freedom.
The fallen fighters are Rojnak Rifat, Koçer Dêrik, Şervan Kobanê, Hoker Dêrik, Dîdar Dêrik, Dogan Efrîn, Xebat Dêrbêsiyê, Haroun Rojava, and Farashin Baran.
Destina affirmed that the memory of the martyrs is remembered with deep gratitude and respect, noting that they embodied a true example of sacrifice and dedication for the sake of freedom.
She added that their comrades renew their pledge to continue the path of struggle and follow in the footsteps of their sacrifices.
