Kurdish politician Salih Muslim, one of the leading figures of the Rojava Kurdistan Revolution and a member of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) Co-Chair Council, lost his life on Wednesday in Hewlêr (Erbil) at the hospital where he had been receiving kidney treatment, after dedicating his life to securing the legitimate rights of the Kurdish people.
Salih Muslim’s remains were taken in the morning from the Erbil Forensic Medicine Institute and sent to Rojava with a ceremony attended by a group of activists, politicians, and well-known figures from Erbil.
