Sixteen internationalists who came to Mardin from various cities in Europe in solidarity with Rojava against ongoing attacks by jihadist militias were taken into custody.
The detained activists were taken by police to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management and were deported for participating in a protest action against attacks on Rojava.
