In a statement, the Suwaida National Guard Command said that the HTS-ISIS gangs attempted to attack the northwestern front of the city with 2 drones, but the drones were shot down by their forces.
The command said: “A unit of our forces shot down 2 unmanned aerial vehicles at 17:30 on the northwestern front of the city before they could reach their targets.”
The Suwaida National Guard Command added: “We will respond strongly to any violations by the terrorist Syrian government forces to ensure the safety and security of our people.”
