Kurdish Red Crescent Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê has launched an urgent humanitarian campaign in response to the escalating attacks on Rojava.
Since January 6, the self-proclaimed Syrian government and jihadist militias allied with Turkey have been attacking Kurdish areas in Aleppo, Kobanê, Tabqa, Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Tishrin. Hundreds of civilians have been killed, thousands injured, and hundreds of thousands displaced, amid harsh winter conditions, without access to water, electricity, or medical care.
Public infrastructure, hospitals, and homes are being deliberately targeted. In response to this humanitarian catastrophe, Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê, together with partners around the world, is launching a relief campaign.
