The Internal Security Forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement that “Simultaneously with a drone strike targeting the al-Awija neighborhood near the train station in Qamishlo, a suicide bomber on a motorcycle detonated himself inside the parking garage of the Heart and Eye Hospital.”
The statement said that “according to initial reports, the damage was limited to material losses, with no casualties reported.”
