Speaking to Saudi Arabia–based al Arabiya television, Ferhad Shami, spokesperson of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), evaluated the ongoing talks between the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Syrian transitional government within the framework of the 10 March Agreement.
Shami said that SDF General Commander Mazloum Abdi will travel to Damascus before the end of the year, adding: “We agree that the SDF should be integrated into the Syrian army. We have reached a common understanding with Damascus on this issue.”
