As revolutionary youth, an organized stance will be taken as a principle, and organization will be strengthened in every commune.

Youth will be a dynamic force in the process, and organization along the lines of a moral and political society will be developed.

Through the organization of youth, a strong stance will be taken against reactionary structures, serving as a historical response to the oppressive mindset of those in power.
