A presentation and discussion were organized around the work of Abdullah Öcalan, and in particular his book “Sociology of Freedom”. The presentation and discussion program was organized by Professor of Political Science Luciana Bidauri within the Faculty of Humanities.
Many people attended the event, including students, academics, faculty members, and political activists.
The program began with an opening speech by the dean of the faculty. This was followed by extensive presentations on the history of the Kurdish people, the development of the Kurdistan Freedom Movement, the life of Öcalan, and the paradigm of the “Sociology of Freedom.”
Participants emphasized the importance of Öcalan’s February 27 call titled “Democratic Society and Peace.”
The social struggle experiences of the peoples of Argentina were also discussed and analyzed from the perspective of Öcalan’s paradigm.
Participants described Öcalan’s thought and philosophy as a source of hope and enlightenment, reaffirming their support for the struggle for his physical freedom and calling for continued efforts in that direction.
