“Greetings to all the beautiful and valuable women in Northern Kurdistan and across Turkey. The work you do, the march you stage, is a very valuable march; it is very important for the future of women. We support you wholeheartedly and sincerely. The role of women, their leadership, and every step they take is an organization for peace throughout Turkey, for the resolution of the Kurdish issue, and, of course, for democracy, and the democratization of Turkey. These steps are being taken to fundamentally and definitively resolve political issues in Turkey. That is why we say: We are joining our voices with yours, walking alongside you every step of the way. With these sentiments, we wish you success. Jin, jiyan, azadî! Freedom for political prisoners! Democracy for peace in Turkey and the resolution of the Kurdish issue! I wish you all success. With love and respect.”
