According to reports, armed groups linked to the Syrian Transitional Government carried out artillery strikes on the village of Zubeyda, part of Dêr Hafir town.
In the attack, which targeted civilians, four children were wounded.
On 20 September, groups affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government had bombed the village of Um Tina in Dêr Hafir (Deir Hafer) with drones and howitzers, killing eight civilians, most of them women and children, including a baby.
