A drone belonging to the Turkish state bombed the vicinity of the Tishrin Dam, located south of Kobanê in the Euphrates Canton, on Sunday night.
In the past 24 hours, the Tishrin Dam has been targeted twice.
Before the attack on the dam, gangs said to be linked to ISIS cells carried out a suicide attack on positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the countryside of Raqqa Canton. In the ensuing clashes, two mercenaries were killed.
