AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech in the district of Ahlat in Bitlis and conveyed messages regarding the ongoing process seeking a solution to the Kurdish question.
Erdoğan said, “History is filled with countless examples of the successes we have achieved when Turks, Kurds, and Arabs have walked together toward common goals. By standing shoulder to shoulder, we will repel all attacks directed against our unity and solidarity. We will be the ones to gift a great and powerful Turkey to future generations.”
Despite the reactions, Erdoğan once again used the concept of “terror-free Turkey,” adding, “We will continue to take decisive steps toward the goal of a terror-free Turkey, which disturbs our enemies, knowing what we are doing. We will build a bright Turkey together without letting down the legacy of our martyrs and veterans.”
Erdoğan said, “We have suffered greatly and paid a heavy price along this path. We have overcome all of these challenges. We are now in the final stretch. With a little more patience, effort, and caution, we will get through this stretch as well.”
