Leonardo Boff, a Catholic priest and honorary professor of Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, and Ecology at the State University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, has published a message of support for Abdullah Öcalan’s Call for Peace and a Democratic Society.
In his message, Boff stated the following: “From Brazil, I would like to express my support to Kurdish politicians in Turkey for peace and my complete solidarity with the Kurdish people, who have suffered for many years. This people deserves to live in peace and harmony on their own land, together with their neighbors.”
