SDF: 9 Turkish-backed mercenaries killed, 11 others injured in legitimate response operations

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) eliminated nine Turkish-backed mercenaries and injured eleven others during legitimate response operations against the Turkish occupation bases in the village of Al-Hoshriya in the countryside of Manbij and the countryside of Deir Hafer.

According to SDF Press Center, SDF forces also conducted an operation in the village of Atshana, south of Manbij, targeting a gathering of vehicles and personnel belonging to the Turkish-backed mercenaries. The number of casualties in this operation could not be confirmed.

“These operations come in the frame of the legitimate response against the ongoing ground and aerial attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against northern and eastern Syria,” the SDF stated.
