Masses reach the Tishrin Dam under attack

As attacks against the Tishrin Dam have increased in recent days, people from Tabqa, Raqqa, Cizire and Euphrates Cantons left for the dam in convoys in the morning.

The mobilisation came after the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria called on international forces and institutions to stop the attacks by the Turkish state, and called on the people to take action to protect the dam and support the resisting SDF fighters.

The convoy, consisting of hundreds of vehicles, was targeted by an unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) of the Turkish state, reportedly resulting in deaths and injuries.

Following the attack, people continued on foot and reached the dam.
