‘Military Police’ mercenaries affiliated with the occupying Turkish state kidnapped Îmad Mistefa Xelîl from the village of Holîlê in Raco district.
It was stated that Îmad Mistefa Xelîl was kidnapped from his house near Newroz Junction in occupied Afrin. Xelîl was forcibly sent back to Syria from Turkey 2 months ago.
